Craft Home Health is very passionate about helping families stay safe and independent within their homes. We have established a program with the Medicaid system to allow those caring for loved ones with special needs to be reimbursed for their time caring within the home. We call this our caregiver CNA program. Craft Home Health will help you to obtain your Colorado CNA license and cover 100% of the expenses associated. This process takes approximately one month and can be done in most cases partially online. After completing the course, you will have a valid Colorado CNA certification and be eligible for hire with Craft Home Health. Your loved one will have the opportunity to come on as a patient at Craft Home Health and you will be paid for your care provided to them. Additionally, our agency will provide all needed nursing and therapy services your loved one’s physician may request at no cost to you. Below are the requirements to be eligible for the program.
